Obituary

Johnnie C. “Too Tall” White, Jr., 60, a lifelong resident of Georgetown, FL, was born July 20, 1961, to Jerrie Mae Oxendine and Johnnie C. White. He was educated in Crescent City High School.

He enjoyed watching football and basketball. He also loved to be around people. Johnnie though he could fix anything outside and inside.

He entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 9, 2022, following an extended illness.

He was preceded in eternal rest by his parents, Jerrie Mae Oxendine and Johnnie C. White, Sr., maternal grandparents, Lewis and Sallie Oxendine and paternal grandparents, Jack and Maebell White.

He is survived by his stepfather, Edroy Jenkins; siblings, Bryant (Titania) Oxendine, Palatka, FL, Shirley White (James Owens), Palatka, FL, Milous Oxendine (Fiancé, Tima), Deland, FL, Edroy Oxendine, Orlando, FL; stepbrothers and stepsisters, Edroy R. Jenkins, Pennsylvania, Roanglia (Roy) Benjamin, Withamiene Jenkins, and Tefanie Mathews, all of Georgia; aunts, Juanita Wright, Crescent City, FL, Jessie Lee Richardson, Georgetown, FL, and Ruthabell White, Crescent City, FL; uncles, John Williams, Pete White and Cornelius White; special cousins, Jamerill Williams and Vernon Oxendine; devoted friend David (Sabrina) Brinson; a host of other relatives and friends.
