Obituary

Roberta Gibbs, affectionately known as “Boosie” was born on September 5, 1960. She enjoyed fishing, playing cards, dancing and having fun with her family and friends.

Roberta was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Gibbs, daughter, Latisha Gibbs, mother, Gerline Daniels and father, James Legree.

Roberta leaves to cherish her memories, sons, Larry (Raine) Legree, Terrance Gibbs, Ramone Gibbs, and Travis Gibbs all of Palatka; grandchildren, Larrisha Legree, Caori Legree, King Legree and Ryan Gibbs; sisters, Patricia (Willie James) Douglas, Jacksonville, FL, Bobbie (Arthur) McDuffy, Palatka, FL, Annie Mae (John) Harris, Elizabeth City, NC; brother, Quinton (Donna) Johnson, Georgia; like a mother, Mrs. Odell (Robert) Ayollett, Camden, NC; loving sister-in-law, Essie Mae Gibbs; devoted friend, Rebecca “Peaches” Bellamy; special friends, Marry Batts, Palatka, FL and Sheryl Smith, Daytona Beach, FL; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
