Obituary

Thomas L. Youman Jr. was born in Palatka, Florida on Friday, January 22, 1960, to Rosa Mae and Thomas Youman Sr. Thomas was educated in the Putnam County School District prior to moving to New York where he received his High School Diploma.

While living in New York, Thomas was employed as a truck driver. Upon relocating back to Florida, he became the “Best Car Salesman” in Palatka and Jacksonville for over 20 years. He occasionally attended church with his family at Holy Temple of God in East Palatka, Florida.

Thomas L. Youman Jr. was preceded in death by his loving parents, Rosa Mae and Thomas Youman Sr.

To forever cherish the memories of Thomas are his wonderful wife, Lisa Youman; son, Thomas Youman III (TJ); stepchildren, Shevelle Robinson, Sophia Robinson, and Jalisa Hardy; over 20 grandchildren; great grandchildren; siblings, Robert (Vanessa) Williams, Wanda Youman, Pamela Youman, and Lorraine (Tony) Brown; good friend, PeeWee and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Thomas L. Youman Jr. transitioned from labor to reward on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at Haven - Roberts Hospice Care, in Palatka, Florida.
