William Henry Grant was born in Palatka, Florida on December 27, 1927, to Jainie and Authur Grant. He's been a lifelong member of Palatka, Florida. He graduated from Central Academy High School.

He was a devoted father that loved to ride his bicycle, and to talk with family and friends. He was a hard worker, he retired from Florida Furniture.

William Grant answered his heavenly call Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Radiant Nursing and Rehab, Palatka.

He was preceded in eternal rest by his parents and lovely wife Margaret Grant.

To forever cherish the memories of William Grant, children, Monica Grant, Lisa Brooks, David Grant, Emily Grant, Rose Ibrahim and Angela Grant; grandchildren, Jasmecia Jackson, Haree Jackson, April Perex, Shannon Jackson, Jaufees Jackson, Tamara Grant, Quantavis Howie, Alexis Grant, Alecia Grant, Ivan Maysonet, Isaiah Maysonet, Nevah Grant, Margaret Brinson, Jaden Perry, Jordyn Perry, Aubrye Teel, Cameron Dumas, Clarice Perez, Rosalee Teel Perez; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
